We are the owners of the first spec house Turnkey Construction built. We have enjoyed this home for 12 years. As home age upgrades become necessary as well as desirable to maintain comfort and day to day savings. As a long time homeowner I have never experienced the on going level of after the sale support we have enjoyed with Turnkey Construction. We look forward to many more years of living in a home that has given us comfort and piece of mind. Turnkey not only put their best into building their first spec home but also all the homes they have built since.

I purchased a 2 bedroom home from Turnkey Construction in February of 2002. Brad & Nancy were very helpful throughout the purchase all the way to the closing process. I have lived in the home ever since and have had no problems of any kind. Brad hauled top soil and removed all of the rocks at no expense to me. I am especially fond of the radiant floor heating it is very economical. I authorize Turnkey Construction to use any and all submissions for advertising purposes. I strongly suggest if a home is purchased it should be purchased from Brad & Nancy Pollman.

Turnkey Construction provides homes with a level of quality and energy efficiency not usually found at the price level/market segment they serve. We owned one of their homes for 6 years. The home and after-sale service exceeded all our expectations. It also was a good investment. We purchased our home from Brad and Nancy at Turnkey Construction in the summer of 2008. Three years later we are still as pleased as when we first moved in. The spec home we bought far exceeded anything in value and quality we looked at. Many of the features used in this house were considered upgrades in other new homes we purchased. To name a few, raised panel doors, wood kitchen cabinets, and rounded drywall corners. We were really surprised at how affordable this house is to live in. The on demand hot water and radiant floor heating are features I now would not live without. Turnkey’s commitment to quality and service are what set’s them apart.
